The Construction Project Manager will be in charge of running the construction project from start to finish having support from the field superintendent. You will be responsible for managing all construction projects from $1M+.

Description

• Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

Profile

A successful professional in the construction department should have:

• A strong understanding of the construction industry and project management practices.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects over $5M in value
• Project experience in Retail, PEMB, Restaurants, and other commercial projects highly sought after
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget.
