The Director of Preconstruction will lead and manage the preconstruction phase of commercial construction projects, ensuring accurate project estimates and effective collaboration with stakeholders. Description

The Director of Preconstruction will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the preconstruction process, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and proposals for commercial construction projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the project team on value engineering opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor preconstruction team members to ensure professional growth and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
