Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work/projects and long-term growth of the organization!

Description

  • Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Oversee budget management, procurement, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.

Profile

A successful Project Manager in healthcare construction should have:

  • A strong background in healthcare construction project management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • A deep understanding of healthcare facility requirements and compliance standards.
