Construction Project Manager
Manage light industrial and commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout
Deliver builds that balance innovation, safety, and client satisfaction
Serve as the client-facing leader ensuring smooth execution and repeat partnerships

Description
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision
Collaborate with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client requirements
Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track and within scope
Profile
5+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in light industrial or commercial sectors
Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Familiarity with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Thrives in dynamic environments where innovation and client trust are key
