Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces

• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision

• Collaborate with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client requirements

• Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track and within scope

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in light industrial or commercial sectors

• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management

• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)

• Familiarity with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects preferred

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Thrives in dynamic environments where innovation and client trust are key
