Roughly 50% of their work is in the city, 30% on the Peninsula, and 20% in the East Bay, with several substantial new projects set to break ground soon.
This company is well-regarded for fostering a close-knit, collaborative culture that prioritizes work-life balance, long-term employee retention, and professional growth. With a leadership style that values trust over micromanagement and strong field and office support on projects, team members enjoy the autonomy and resources they need to thrive.
