Description

• Lead ground-up construction from site prep through turnover
* Manage schedules, subcontractors, and site safety daily
* Coordinate concrete, tilt-up, and structural scopes
* Act as primary on-site decision-maker and client contact
* Ensure quality, budget, and programme compliance

Profile

• 10+ years ground-up experience in South Florida
* Proven tilt-up and conventional concrete expertise
* Commercial, industrial, office, and multifamily exposure
* Miami-Dade County project history required
* Fluent English; Spanish preferred

Job Offer
