Senior Project Manager - Developer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale ground-up development projects in the NYC/NJ metro area. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex initiatives from inception to completion while collaborating with top-tier professionals.

Description
- Represent ownership across all project phases, ensuring alignment among design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards for large-scale developments.
- Oversee permitting, regulatory compliance, and FF&E procurement.
- Utilize advanced project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project) to track progress and maintain transparency.
- Conduct site inspections, manage punch lists, and ensure timely closeout with full documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and data analytics.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 7-10 years of experience in construction management or development, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, ground-up residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
