Senior Billing Coordinator
The Senior Billing Coordinator will oversee the full-cycle billing process, supporting attorneys and clients in a fast-paced legal environment. This role focuses on high-volume invoicing, e-billing compliance, and ensuring accuracy across complex client accounts.

Description
- Manage the full billing cycle for a portfolio of high-value partners and clients
- Prepare, review, and finalize complex invoices in line with client guidelines
- Handle e-billing submissions, rejections, and appeals across major platforms
- Partner closely with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate billing output
- Analyze billing trends, WIP, and aged AR to support revenue optimization
- Resolve billing discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Maintain compliance with outside counsel guidelines and firm policies
- Support month-end close and reporting for senior finance leadership
Profile
A successful Senior Billing Coordinator should have:
- 4+ years of billing experience within a law firm environment
- Strong exposure to e-billing platforms (e.g., Elite, Aderant, BillBlast)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex billing portfolios
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills when working with attorneys and clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
