This general contractor specializes in design-build, construction management, and ground-up development across key markets but mainly specializes in Data Center and Mission Critical projects. Their Dallas office drives growth across the Western U.S., particularly Texas, supported by a strong project pipeline. Known for turn-key solutions-from preconstruction through completion-they bring deep expertise in high-performance environments like cleanrooms, cold storage, and data centers, all delivered with a steadfast commitment to safety and integrity.
Description
- Lead all field operations on large data center projects from site work through final turnover
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety protocols, and quality control on active job sites
- Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to ensure alignment
- Oversee daily construction activities, resolve field issues, and maintain project momentum
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale commercial or data center projects
- Previous experience with a general contractor
- Proven ability to lead field operations on complex, high-value projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with travel and long-term assignments
- Committed to safety, schedule, and quality on-site
- Must be open to national travel

- Competitive base salary 135k - 170k (depending on experience)
