LIHTC Asset Management & Acquisitions Manager/Director
The LIHTC Asset Management & Acquisitions Manager/Director will oversee the management and acquisition of assets within the affordable housing sector, ensuring compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in property management and acquisitions.

Description
- Manage and oversee LIHTC asset portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial goals.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions within the affordable housing sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset performance and value.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare detailed reports on asset performance and acquisition opportunities for senior leadership.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting affordable housing investments.
- Support the due diligence process for acquisitions, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting align with LIHTC program requirements.

Profile
A successful LIHTC Asset Management & Acquisitions Manager/Director should have:
- In-depth knowledge of LIHTC and Section 8 regulations and affordable housing programs.
- Proven expertise in asset management and acquisitions within the property industry.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
