A private family office is seeking an Accountant to support across multiple entities, including trusts, foundations, and investment-related activities. This role offers early‑career accountants strong visibility, hands‑on experience, and the opportunity to grow within a small, collaborative team.

Description

• Support accounting for multiple entities, including trusts, foundations, and investment LLCs.
• Maintain general ledgers, complete month‑end close activities, and prepare financial reports.
• Assist with investment tracking, forecasting, and schedules for internal stakeholders.
• Perform account reconciliations and help refine accounting policies and procedures.
• Partner with treasury and tax teams to ensure accurate records and compliance.
• Handle ad‑hoc analysis and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field with accounting coursework)
• Big Four or regional public accounting experience highly preferred
• Strong foundation in GAAP and month‑end close processes
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with multiple entities
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy
• Communicates effectively and works well with cross‑functional teams
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to thrive in a private, high‑trust environment
