Description

  • Support the project manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing residential construction projects up to $20M.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met effectively.
  • Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Provide support in problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.
