PMO Lead, Budget Management

Our client is seeking a PMO Lead to manage IT budget operations across the Americas, including consumption tracking, time review, and dashboard oversight. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a CIO Office or PMO environment with a strong focus on budget management.

Description

• Manage the AMER IT budget, including consumption tracking, time reviews, and updates to the budget management dashboard.
• Oversee inputs into global systems for budget, time tracking, and resource management.
• Maintain and monitor the IT Project Portfolio, ensuring governance compliance, tool upkeep (e.g., Jira), and reporting to committees.
• Enforce project management standards by managing CPN1 Drive Controls and providing best-practice guidance across IT teams.

Profile

A successful PMO Lead Budget Management should have:

• Proven experience in a CIO Office or PMO environment with a strong focus on budget management
  
  
• Familiarity with Power BI and Jira; knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
  
  
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is STRONGLY preferred

THIS ROLE REQUIRES 3-DAYS ONSITE IN MIDTOWN MANHATTAN.
