We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final bid submission. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience pricing complex projects in the healthcare sector.

Description

• Prepare detailed estimates for healthcare projects, including quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid proposals

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to develop accurate budgets

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing

• Work closely with the preconstruction and project management teams to align cost, scope, and schedule

• Maintain knowledge of healthcare-specific codes, materials, and construction practices

• Support value engineering efforts to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• 3-7 years of estimating experience, ideally with healthcare projects

• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials

• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
