Superintendent - Retail

We are seeking a high-autonomy Regional Superintendent to lead retail renovations, open-store remodels, and new construction projects across the Northeast corridor. This role requires a specialist capable of managing complex logistics in active environments while maintaining high standards for safety and client relations.

Description

• Lead on-site operations for retail renovations, expansions, and new builds from Maine to Maryland.
• Coordinate directly with store management and corporate stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption during open-store remodels.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors and internal crews across day or night shifts as project phases dictate.
• Maintain rigorous safety, quality control, and reporting standards across multiple job sites.
• Drive project timelines to ensure 'on-time and on-budget' delivery for high-velocity retail rollouts.

Profile

• Flexibility is key; we need someone willing to travel regionally and adaptable to both day and night shift work.

Job Offer

• Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 base salary (commensurate with experience).
