Construction PM - Tilt Wall / Mixed Commercial

We are seeking a Construction PM specializing in Tilt Wall / Mixed Commercial projects to oversee and manage construction activities from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in the business services industry.

Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the Dallas area.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the project team.

Profile

A successful Construction PM - Tilt Wall / Mixed Commercial should have:

• Proven experience managing tilt wall and mixed commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
