Lead Superintendent - Garden Style Apartment
The Lead Superintendent will oversee the full on-site construction of a large-scale, ground-up garden-style apartment community in Miami, managing all field operations from mobilization through final turnover. This role requires a proven leader with experience delivering multifamily projects in the $80M range while driving schedule, quality, and safety performance.

Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for a ground-up garden-style apartment project valued around $80M
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and field staff to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
Develop and maintain the project schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager
Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Oversee quality control, inspections, and punch-list completion through project closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for ownership, consultants, and design teams
Mentor and supervise Assistant Superintendents and field personnel
Profile
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily construction projects
Demonstrated experience delivering garden-style apartment projects in the $80M range
Strong knowledge of site logistics, sequencing, and multifamily building systems
Proven ability to lead large subcontractor teams and manage complex schedules
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in the South Florida construction market preferred
