Senior Project Manager - Garden Style Apartments
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, ground-up garden-style apartment communities valued at $100M+. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are met on complex multifamily developments in South Florida.

Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong footprint across South Florida, specializing in ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments. They are known for delivering high-quality, large-scale garden-style apartment projects for repeat institutional and private developer clients.
Description
Manage all phases of construction for $100M+ garden-style apartment projects from preconstruction through close-out
Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project engineers
Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and change management
Coordinate with superintendents to ensure schedule adherence and site execution
Manage owner, architect, and consultant relationships to ensure clear communication and alignment
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and contract requirements
Negotiate and manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and performance
Profile
10+ years of experience in construction project management with a general contractor
Proven experience delivering ground-up garden-style apartment projects in the $100M range
Strong understanding of multifamily construction methods, scheduling, and cost controls
Experience working in the South Florida market is highly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
