Description

  • Support the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project progress.
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
  • Assist in reviewing and interpreting blueprints and project plans.
  • Help address and resolve any on-site challenges or delays.
  • Track project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work against project specifications.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with project teams and clients.

Profile

A successful Multifamily Construction Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • A strong understanding of construction processes, particularly in multifamily property developments.
