Client Details
One of Chicagoland's most established general contractors! This construction company has a track record for nothing short of excellence. Many of the projects they do are light industrial, automotive, data centers, warehouses, and commercial projects. Culture is very important to this client as they are a tight knit community. Competitive base salary + bonus opportunities! They are looking to grow their team due to the pipeline of projects through 2027. There is no travel involved in this role.
Description
- Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
- Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed
- Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
- Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
- Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy
- Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
- Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
- Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution
Profile
- Experience working on light industrial projects
- 2+ Years of construction experience at a general contractor
- Ability to effectively lead and communicate with owners and peers
- Eager to grow into a lead superintendent
- Ability to travel within Minneapolis as needed.
- Exceptional organization, time-management and leadership skills
Job Offer
- A competitive base salary between $80,000-$100,000 (Depending on Experience)
- Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based. Typically between $8,000-$15,000 in the first year)
