Description
The Superintendent - Southeast Builder with Strong Project Pipeline - Raleigh will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain project momentum
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Monitor progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and inspections
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet project goals
- Promote a positive and productive jobsite culture
Profile
The Superintendent - Southeast Builder with Strong Project Pipeline - Raleigh will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven success managing healthcare, education, or institutional projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of construction safety and scheduling practices
- Proficiency with construction management software
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
