Construction Project Manager - Interiors / TI
Manage interior-focused commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers autonomy, visibility, and direct access to leadership.
Client Details
A privately held commercial general contractor founded in 2018, focused on interior renovations and selective ground-up work. The firm delivers office, retail, and medical projects across South Florida and is scaling steadily with a strong backlog. Description
* Manage multiple interior projects from kickoff to completion
* Control budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
* Coordinate architects, engineers, inspectors, and clients
* Lead project meetings and provide clear status reporting
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards
Profile
* 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC
* Background in interior commercial construction projects
* Experience managing projects valued at $100K-$3M
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-moving environment
Job Offer
$100,000-$125,000 base salary plus bonus
* Healthcare coverage with ~90% employer contribution
