Travelling Superintendent
Are you a skilled Construction Superintendent who enjoys leading projects in the field and is open to travel? Our client, a respected general contractor headquartered in Nashville, is seeking a Travelling Superintendent to oversee onsite operations for commercial construction projects across multiple locations.

Description
- Lead daily onsite construction activities across various project sites.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
- Resolve field issues and maintain clear communication with project teams.
- Travel regularly to project locations, typically within the Southeast or broader U.S. region.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and project sequencing.
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
