Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships
• Oversee project teams including PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
• Provide strategic input during preconstruction and project development phases
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven success managing large-scale or complex projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
