A top-tier builder developer is seeking Assistant Superintendents for $100M+ luxury multifamily projects in Weston and Marshfield MA.

A nationally recognized builder/developer, this firm is one of the largest multifamily developers in the U.S. Their Boston office operates as a tight-knit team with the resources of a major firm, offering structured processes, financial stability, and a strong project pipeline. They specialize in high-end, large-scale multifamily projects ($100M+) and are known for their structured, process-driven approach that supports long-term career growth.
Description
The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget
- Manage subcontractors, safety, and quality control
- Coordinate with the PM team, ownership, and inspectors
- Maintain project documentation using Procore and Building Connected
Profile
The Assistant Superintendent will have:
- 4+ years of experience in multifamily construction
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Stable work history - no frequent job changes
- Construction degree preferred
