Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up construction projects exceeding $100M.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges or changes proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
• Oversee procurement and contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Ground-Up Projects $100M+ should have:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• A strong background in construction project management, particularly in ground-up projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to track budgets and schedules.
• Excellent leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the construction industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
