Description
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up construction projects exceeding $100M.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges or changes proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
- Oversee procurement and contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Ground-Up Projects $100M+ should have:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- A strong background in construction project management, particularly in ground-up projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to track budgets and schedules.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the construction industry.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
