Collateral Management Developer/Analyst

We are seeking a Developer/Analyst with strong expertise in Collateral Management and Murex to join our client's team in Iselin, NJ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Unix, Shell scripting, SQL, and SWIFT connectivity, supporting critical operations and technical troubleshooting.

Description

• Monitor and manage collateral processes using the COLLINE system.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Analyze and reconcile discrepancies in collateral transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues effectively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Support system enhancements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Assist in testing and implementation of new system functionalities.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in financial services and technology domains with proven expertise in Collateral Management (Colline), Marginsphere, and Murex.
• Strong technical proficiency in Unix, Shell scripting, and SQL, including hands-on experience with automation, troubleshooting, and release management.
• Deep knowledge of Colline application setup, vendor integrations (Vermeg), third-party agents/custodians, and SWIFT/AcadiaSoft connectivity.
• Familiarity with job scheduling tools such as Tidal and experience in change management and process optimization within complex banking environments.
