Superintendent- Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation commercial projects ranging from $1M-$10M across South Florida. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in managing jobsite operations, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Description

• Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization to project closeout.

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet schedules and quality standards.

• Enforce safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance on all jobsites.

• Work closely with Project Managers and owners to provide regular progress updates.

• Manage inspections, resolve field issues, and maintain accurate daily reports.

• Drive projects to completion within schedule and budget parameters.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of superintendent experience with commercial projects in the $1M-$10M range. They must demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction means and methods, and the ability to manage fast-paced projects. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are critical, along with proficiency in reading plans and coordinating trades.
