Project Executive - Charlotte, NC (No Travel)

TOP ENR 150 GC is looking for a Project Executive to lead large-scale light industrial projects out of Charlotte, NC. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing major builds while driving business growth within a rapidly expanding division.

• Oversee large-scale industrial projects (up to $100M)
• Lead project teams and ensure successful delivery
• Drive business development and client relationships
• Provide strategic leadership across multiple projects

Profile

A successful Project Executive should have:

• 10+ years' experience (PX level or Senior PM ready to step up)
• Light industrial background preferred (manufacturing, cold storage, distribution)
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• Proven track record managing large, complex projects.

Job Offer

Up to $220,000 base salary + 25% bonus

• $1,000 vehicle allowance
