The Logistics Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing the supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods and services. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support procurement and supply chain operations effectively.

Description

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels and accuracy of records.
  • Analyze and improve logistical processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on supply chain operations and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to support purchasing decisions and vendor negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, deliveries, or inventory.

Profile

A successful Logistics Specialist should have:

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics management within the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage complex supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively under pressure.
