Superintendent - Nashville
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role is critical in maintaining schedules, managing subcontractors, and upholding quality throughout the construction process.

Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor quality control and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- OSHA certification preferred.
