The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Assisting in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Working closely with project managers to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Supporting the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assisting in post-project evaluations and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.
