Junior HRBP (Corporate)

We are seeking a Junior HRBP to support the Human Resources department in the consumer goods industry. This role focuses on providing HR expertise, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational initiatives.

Description

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
• Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Assist in talent management efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and performance management.
• Analyze HR data and trends to inform decision-making and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Profile

A successful Junior HRBP should have:

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in an HRBP role.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
