Asset Manager

Description
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
- Conduct regular financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure operational efficiency across assets.
- Oversee lease negotiations and tenant relations to maintain occupancy levels.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for acquisitions or dispositions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other key partners.
