Demand Planning Manager

Description

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to align with sales and operational goals.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage supplier relationships and improve efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to adjust demand plans proactively.
• Lead monthly demand planning reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Implement tools and strategies to improve forecasting accuracy and operational performance.
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights to senior management regarding inventory and demand planning metrics.
• Support the implementation of new systems or processes within the supply chain department.

Profile

A successful Demand Planning Manager should have:

• A background in demand planning, procurement, or supply chain within the FMCG industry preferably Beauty.
• Proficiency in forecasting tools and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
