Description

• Oversee all on-site activities for large-scale commercial projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor field teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Serve as a key liaison between project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA certification and proficiency in project management software (preferred).
