Assistant Superintendent

Description

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site activities and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor safety compliance and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams to resolve issues quickly.

Profile

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn from experienced leaders.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with project management tools (preferred).
