Description

  • Supervise and manage construction projects across Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Oversee subcontractors and on-site personnel to maintain high-quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure project budgets and schedules are adhered to.
  • Regularly travel to various project sites to monitor progress and address challenges as they arise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project expectations are met.
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction and safety.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and recommend solutions to potential delays or issues.
  • Review and ensure proper documentation, including permits, inspections, and project records.

Profile

A successful Commercial Travel Superintendent should have:
