Construction Project Manager

We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial, institutional, and industrial projects from planning through turnover. Description

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting

• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration

• Partner closely with the Superintendent to maintain safety, quality, and productivity

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

• Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders

• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and proactively resolve challenges

• Drive project closeout, turnover, and client satisfaction

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects

• Strong understanding of project management processes, scheduling, and cost control

• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and communicate effectively

• Experience with ground‑up, interiors, or complex renovation projects

• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
