Project Manager - Travel and Local Opportunities

The project manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This position requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage project teams effectively.

Description

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Travel to job sites across the US as needed
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as needed.
• Oversee procurement of materials and management of resources.
• Foster effective communication within the project team to maintain alignment and productivity.

Profile

A successful PM should have:

• 3+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Prior experience with Walmart, Sam's Club, or Food Lion projects
• Ability to effectively communicate with client's construction managers
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and projects
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management.

Job Offer

• Annual salary: $80K - $110K dependent on experience
