Quality Manager- Electronics- Jordan, NY

- Establish and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes across manufacturing operations
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for defects, nonconformances, and customer complaints
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and process efficiency
- Manage supplier quality, including audits, evaluations, and performance monitoring
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and guide staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to maintain consistent performance
Profile
- Strong knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO standards) and experience implementing them in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions effectively
- Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, components, and testing methods
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends and improve performance
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, production, and supply chain teams
- Experience managing supplier quality, audits, and compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
