Safety Manager
The Safety Manager will oversee and enhance safety protocols within the construction department of a Construction-focused organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Organize and lead safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate and document incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
- Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry safety standards and best practices.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness across all levels of the organization.

Profile
A successful Safety Manager should have:
