Project Engineer

Description

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project coordination.

• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Track RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams.

• Monitor project schedules and support site activities to ensure timely completion.

• Contribute to project close-out processes and documentation.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience working for a General Contractor, ideally on commercial or multifamily projects.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
