Senior Project Manager- Dealership Construction

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in car dealership construction projects to lead complex builds from inception to completion. This role requires a strong leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Description

• Lead and oversee all phases of car dealership construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve issues and maintain smooth project execution.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams and junior staff.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in car dealership or automotive facility construction. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software, scheduling, and budgeting tools is required. A strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is essential.
