Senior Project Manager- Dealership Construction
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in car dealership construction projects to lead complex builds from inception to completion. This role requires a strong leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Description
Lead and oversee all phases of car dealership construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to resolve issues and maintain smooth project execution.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams and junior staff.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in car dealership or automotive facility construction. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software, scheduling, and budgeting tools is required. A strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is essential.
Job Offer
Competitive salary in the range of $110,000 - $130,000.
