Director of Construction - High End Residential Construction

The Director of Construction will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This leadership role requires expertise in managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with regulations in the construction industry.

Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership to construction teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders, maintaining clear and transparent communication.
  • Evaluate and manage risks associated with construction projects.

Profile

A successful Director of Construction should have:
