My client is seeking a lead superintendent for a healthcare project in Springfield set to kick-ff in mid January. This firm is a reputable contractor within the life science and healthcare space operating at over $100M in annual revenue.

Description

• Lead Multi-phase renovation of Medical Build in Springfield, MA
• 4+ years in Lead Superintendent role
• Lead and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects in Boston from start to completion.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide progress reports to management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage and mentor site personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to project timelines.
• Resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Profile

A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have:

• Proven expertise in managing and leading healthcare construction projects
• MA-CSL
• Commutable to Springfield, MA
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, quality control standards, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.
