Lead Superintendent - Healthcare - Springfield
My client is seeking a lead superintendent for a healthcare project in Springfield set to kick-ff in mid January. This firm is a reputable contractor within the life science and healthcare space operating at over $100M in annual revenue.

Description
- Lead Multi-phase renovation of Medical Build in Springfield, MA
- 4+ years in Lead Superintendent role
- Lead and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects in Boston from start to completion.
- Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide progress reports to management.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage and mentor site personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to project timelines.
- Resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Profile
A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have:
- Proven expertise in managing and leading healthcare construction projects
- MA-CSL
- Commutable to Springfield, MA
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, quality control standards, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.
