Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and multifamily construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor project budgets and provide cost control recommendations.
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary information.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
