Project Manager - PEMB
Our client is seeking a Project Manager with strong PEMB experience to oversee industrial and commercial metal building projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role blends technical expertise with leadership, giving you ownership of schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.

Description
Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting for PEMB projects
Manage subcontractors, procurement, and field coordination to ensure seamless execution
Oversee PEMB erection, sequencing, and quality control
Collaborate closely with superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure project milestones are met
Drive project closeout, turnover, and client satisfaction
Profile
5+ years of experience managing PEMB or industrial construction projects
Strong understanding of pre-engineered metal building systems and erection processes
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and coordination matter
