Assistant Project Manager - commercial interiors & renovations

• Support the execution of commercial interior and renovation projects alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents.
  This role offers hands-on exposure, mentorship, and clear growth within a tight-knit construction team.

Description

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and document control

• Support schedule updates, meeting minutes, and project reporting

• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and material deliveries

• Review drawings and assist with scope clarification

• Track project costs and change documentation

• Maintain project files within Procore

• Support project closeout activities

Profile

• 2-4+ years of experience in commercial construction preferred

• Exposure to interiors, renovations, or TI work a plus

• Procore experience strongly preferred

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Base salary: $75K-$100K (based on experience)
