Senior Project Manager - Multi-Family Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile development projects from inception through completion. Description

• Oversee all phases of development and construction projects, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within real estate development or construction
• Must have proven experience managing Multi-Family residential projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
